I really enjoyed this. Some people might complain and say it's too simple, but I think that's where a lot of the charm of this game comes from. I really enjoyed the instrument mini-game, something about the simple sounds made when you played the notes was just really relaxing. and the eat sound from the eating mini-game is charming in a way I can't describe. The art style is also really cute and while the pixel sizes aren't consistent, it made it much easier to differentiate the background from the foreground.
I really enjoyed the homemade feel of this game, and it really felt like it was a game made by someone who had an idea and was very passionate about it, not just someone making a game because they thought it would be cool.
Some criticism of this game I have is it felt a little too fast paced. I don't know of that's just because how I was playing it or if it's part of the game. I felt that because of the speed of the game I wasn't able to enjoy the dialogue and lore as much as I could've, but that's something that could be fixed by replaying it.
